You DO NOT want to lose muscle. This will only make it even harder to keep the weight off.
Do full body workout three days a week, multi joint compound movements. Read: Squat (the single most important exercise)Dead lifts, barbell rows ,bench press, pushups,pullups/chinups etc. Your workouts shouldn't last more than 45 min.
Eat at least 5 ,preferably 6 SMALL meals per day. These constant small feedings if done consistently will crank up your metabolism again !
With each meal, eat some protein, some starchy carbo, some fibrous carbo(read fruits and veggies).
It aint rocket science, this just plain works, if you stick with it. You'll love the way you look and feel in six months.

This will definitely help you lose weight. That's for sure, I think the hard part will be sticking to this type of diet. 1505 calories will probably make you want to snack a lot. You may want to consider cutting the OJ - going with water and have something else for lunch like some quinoa/chicken veggie dish. It will be jammed with protein, great carbs, calcium, and other nutrients your body will be starving for.
Check out our weight loss link to the right for more info.
