Nutrition | My diet


Ok so I just started working out 3 days ago to lose weight and gain some muscle. I just want to know if my diet is good. Ive been drinking only water. Eatting a can of tuna after the gym with 2 slices of brown toast and salad. For Dinner either rice or 2 small capicola sandwhiches with whole wheat bread. For snacks i've been having apples and bananas 3 apples and around 2-3 bananas. I just want to know if this is a good diet.

Hey,

Yep, not bad, obviously you should make sure you're eating LOTS of veggies(8-10 servings and go easy on the fruit (2-3 servings per day). Also focus on multiple sources of protein, not just tuna. I'm sure you were just saying that as an example.

3/3 apples/bananas is way too many per day. Have one each a day and try other fruits like kiwi (high fibre) and blueberries (high antioxidants).
