Exercise Questions | Muscle fibre types

For people who are very explosive but fatigue easily, what is the most effective way to train your muscles? I've read of type 2b muscle fibers (explosive/weak endurance) can be converted into type 2a muscle fibers (explosive/stronger endurance) through specific training but I really don't know how this works. Can anyone explain this and/or give suggestions? Thnx!

You can't convert one to the other, it can act more like the other. So type 2X can act more like type 2b or type 2a. Please see the wikipedia page on muscle fibres
