Nutrition | Meal plan calories question

i am trying to lose weight and my question is this ~ based on my current weight, i eat 1250 calories to lose. i also make sure i get 30 grams of fiber and 60 grams of protein a day. if i work out and burn say 350 calories, do i add those extra calories in to my meal plan or not? i don't want to be eating too few calories now that i'm working out too.

It really doesn't matter with the type of meal plan you are on. To maximize muscle mass and burn fat you should be having an extra protein/carb shake during and after your workout. This will help increase lean muscle mass. It doesn't answer your question directly but you should be aware of the importance of protein and carbohydrates /working out for your current goal.
