Weight & Fat Loss | Massive weight loss wanted

I'm a newbie, been fat for 20+ years.

I have asked this question of others with no responce.

1) I am a chef; been loving and cooking food for 20+ years. I love the richness of french cooking (butter, creams, rich sauces) but also love the lightness of mediterannean (italian, greek, spanish) cuisine.
2) I am a whole foods, organic locavore.
3) 5 months ago I quit smoking
4) 4 months ago I started working out (319 highest weight, height 5, 11)
5) Lost 50 lbs so far
6) love watching the biggest loser and spend 2-3hrs a day working out, sometimes 4 with extra swimming cardio.
7) I do 2hrs 3.5mph, 10% incline walking, 1 hour circuit daily, and every second day I do a 30 minutes of HIIT session AFTER all my other stuff (8 sets, 1min sprint, 2 min recovery + warm-up & cool-down. I hit RPE of 9.5 and on the sprints and 5 on recovery
8) I train 6 days a week, for 2 week, and 5 days on the 3rd week.
9) I have plantar fasciatis and this restricts my running - all I can manage is the sprints in the HIIT session.
10) I am on a food plan with a nutrionist, and monitor my BM bi-weekly. My BMR is 2300 and I calorie count to 1900-2000.
11) When I did my VO2MAX test, I determined I'm burning 4500 a day through training, and I'm eating 2000, that's 2500 deficit a day * 7 = 17,500 and 3500 calories a pound that's 5lbs on paper.

Question: What do need to do to get the double digit weight loss (above what I am already doing) that are being achieved on the biggest loser???? How do I increace my METS and my burn rate?

I feel I'm doing everything "right" ...

thanks a lot!

Cheers
Gregory Bastow

I think what your doing is good enough. Don't rush things out. What's important is you're keeping up with your goal and your not skipping any of your exercise routines. What's important is your consistent with your exercise routines.

Fat burns muscle. Try resistance training to fail. Read up on it. I did it and I am well on my way to losing all of the baby fat. Hope that helps.

Keep up the good work defiently:
Though the biggest thing about losing weight (body fat) is to decline steadily... The most a person should lose a wk is 3Lb (10,500 cal deficit).
The diet should consist of high protien and healthy fat (mono/polyunsaturated)...low in carb...
I, personaly, used to be significantly overweight... I currently am struggling with the last 10lb to reach 128lb..I have lost 50lb..i used to be 185.I am 5'3'' so that is alot for my size...
One thing I have learned it is not a diet or just working out it is a lifestyle change.
