The most a person should lose a wk is 3Lb (10,500 cal deficit). The diet should consist of high protien and healthy fat (mono/polyunsaturated)...low in carb... I, personaly, used to be significantly overweight... I currently am struggling with the last 10lb to reach 128lb..I have lost 50lb..i used to be 185.I am 5'3'' so that is alot for my size... One thing I have learned it is not a diet or just working out it is a lifestyle change.
