Nutrition | Maintaining my weight

I'm a 15 year old guy (i'll be 16 soon), i'm 5'8 and weigh 120 lbs.
I take a multivitamin twice a day (cause i heard zinc will speed up guys metabolisms) and a cAmp accelerater daily.
Every morning berfore breakfast i jog at 6mph for 15 mins then 5mph for 10 mins and then 4 mph for 10 mins ( I also make sure i get
15,000 steps daily on my pedometer). At night, four times a week I do weight training and 320 situps (4 different types at 80 reps), this lasts about an hour.
Then on the other 3 days of the week I do 480 situps (6 different types at 80 reps) and about 20 minuts of Winsor Pilates (in total it lasts about 30-40mins.)
I also eat 1600-1800 calories a day.
So my question is if it would be alright it eat basically anything i wanted (2250-2500 calories) for 1 day every week (while still exercising on that day) and not worrying about gaining any weight?

I put your information into our calculator www.myfit.ca/weightgainguide.asp and here is what we summarized:

To maintain your current bodyweight you need to ingest 2368 Kcal per day or 16576 Kcal weekly. To gain a pound a week (healthy) you need to ingest 2868 Kcal per day.

If you are exercising to lose fat you should be completing an anerobic cardio activity (long distance running) at a pace where your heart rate is 129 Beats Per Minute (BPM)

Your BMI is 18.28. This is generally considered underweight. If you consider yourself to have a lot of muscle then BMI means nothing. For more please visit here

Your calculated bodyfat percentage is 14.94. This is generally considered to be underweight. You should seek nutritional advice to learn how to gain weight.

This information should help you assess where you currently are with regards to your body composition. Please do not take this as completely accurate information. To assume these answers we also had to assume body compostion norms.

Thanks for your question,
