Exercise Questions | Lower abdominal exercises

Can anyone give me some good Lower Abdominal exercise to do please?

I use leg raises. For beginners I suggest lay flat on you back on the floor. Bend your legs to a 90 degree angle. Lift your knees toward your chest and return your feet to 1 inch above the floor. Start with 12-15 reps. Then add sets. As you gain strength, straighten you legs a little until they are totaly straight. Then add reps and sets.
