7/20/2004 11:58:31 AM | well, it is ok depending on your goal. If you aren't training for hypertrophy and just doing it to increase your overall wellness than 3 days per week and a whole body weight training program will probably be fine.
You may want to look through this site a bit more. (in the advanced program section) for more ideas on programs to increase your size.
