Body Building | Is this right or wrong?


I'm 15 years old and when I work out I usually do it for about 2 hours. I work most of my muscles, from arms to legs to chest, I do it all. I notice that most people have a routine, i.e. Biceps and Triceps on Monday, Chest on Tuesday, etc. For me, I do everything in one day. Should I be doing this? Or is it ok if I do?

Well, I am trying to get bigger muscles, would that be considered Hypertrophy?

Hypertrophy is the growth or growing of muscle tissue.

well, it is ok depending on your goal. If you aren't training for hypertrophy and just doing it to increase your overall wellness than 3 days per week and a whole body weight training program will probably be fine.

You may want to look through this site a bit more. (in the advanced program section) for more ideas on programs to increase your size.
