Weight & Fat Loss | Introduction and goal


Good afternoon guys,
thought I would introduce myself and provide you guys with some goals of mine and hopefully you will be able to assist.

I am 23 y.o. 5'10", 190 lbs. I am trying to lose weight(about 20lbs). target weight is 170. I would also like to tone my abs and develop a decent diet for this to work.

Currently I do spend a majority of my day walking/riding a bike. My current calorie intake is roughly 2000-2750 calories a day. I have maintained a steady weight of 190 for some time.

I eat properly for the most part, but i do drink often, usually 3 alcoholic beverages a night with 1-2 days a week I do not drink. I am moderating the alcohol as of now. What are some good work outs I can do to also help with the weight loss, and ab building? As well as a decent intake for calories?
