Exercise Questions | Increasing training


I read somewhere that it it is important to increase the days per week and duration of each session before increasing the intensity of each session. Why is this? Is it to prevent over-training?

There are few people that are only able to go to the gym 3 days a week, would they be the exception to this?

You shouldn't over worked yourself doing anything, but if you like you can do more, do it, just not as long as usual that's what I do at least...
