Nutrition | I was wondering about the supplements im taking


YO what's up, im 16 and im a starting DE at my school, and im tryin to gain some more weight/muscle also maintaing a good 40 time. I was wondering if it would be good to try some creatine, and take protein and weight gainer as well. WOuld this harm my body in any negative way? Also how much would i have to run to maintain or even try to increase my speed? As well as be bigger, and semi-cut you know? So if anyone can supply an answer to my question/s that would be great thanks.

To answer your question it will not harm your body if you do a small dose ie. 3-5 grams of creatine for 2 months on 4 months off.. 2 months on ...
