5/15/2009 8:07:37 PM | You may want to try bellydancing. It tones up those muscles and gives you dangerous curves all over. Think of "Shakira". There is so much hip movement with bellydancing, that the muscles of the hips, thighs, and waist develop differently than if you were to do weight training and cardio. If you check out bellydancing videos on YouTube, especially Sadie, you'll know what I mean.

You can't really target an outer hip muscle to get bigger, but you can focus on toning your body and keeping yourself healthy. You may want to speak with your doctor regarding this if it bothers you more, they may provide you other options.
