Here is my new diet plan! I would absolutley love any feedback, negative or positive! Sorry for it being long
Weight: 160 Goal: Is to finally wear a 2 piece bathing suit!!! and be a Size 4-5 I am now a 10
Height: 5'5 1/2
-1 whole grain toast with 1 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter/Jelly sometimes i will just have a hard boiled egg
- 1 or 1/2 cup of tuna
- 1 whole grain toast or a few crackers
- 2-4oz of any meat, either lunch meat or grilled chicken
-Cup of carrots
-Cup of string beans
I try my best to eat every two hours...I wont starve myself if im hungry ill have cantalupe, more grapefruit, an apple, grapes, any greens throughout the day.
For a dessert i'll have a half cup of no sugar added vannila ice cream every once in a while. And after a workout i will have a protein shake that has about...
260 cals. 3.5 g fat 41g protein and 8 carbs.
The whole day not including fruits and veggies I average about...
850 Cals 12-18g fat 85-95 g protein 60-70 g carbs
and water intake is about 125 OZ. if not more.
30-60 minutes of cardio 5-6 times a day
20 minutes of all abs 5-6 tims a day
Legs one day...Arms the next. usually free weights, lunges, squats, and other machines at the gym. i dont spend to much doing weights but i know building muscle is key to losing weight!
Any comments on my new plan? Do u think it will work? is it too many carbs? I usually will go for one toast since each one has 18g carbs.
Is it enough protein? too much fat? should i up the workout?
