What you need is a diet chart that helps you create meal options using easily available ingredients like seasonal vegetables and fruits and learning how they can be cooked better. 6/13/2012 1:10:16 PM | Well.. Age is not an important factor here. But, you have to change the term "Diet" to "Lifestyle". Diet is only temperately solution, Lifestyle is what you have to watch for. 5",9" and 180lbs its not a bad ratio. I would say, Eat healthy and play with your friends and have fun. Don't try to loose 30lbs in short time, Cheers!!!

6/5/2012 10:23:40 PM | Hello, The best way to reduce your weight is do some workout like little weight lifting this will use your body glucose and then do your aerobics, as your body glucose is been used the only energy source in your body is fats so it will be used eventually u been slimmer so first do workout and then any kind of aerobics and do reply for your result. Swimming is apparently the best. Good Luck!

1/29/2012 10:23:53 PM | 1. Start breaking up your meals, so you eat 4 or 5 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big meals 2. try drinking a bit of tea with your meals as it helps digestion 3. After you eat go for a 5-10 minute walk (again it will help your body) 4. Now, before you can get "abs" you need to lose the actual fat from your waist: -try jumping rope, i suggest starting with 200 or 300 skips a day and work your way up.I worked up to 3000 skips, but that's a bit excessive so don't push yourself too much. - start running, if you don't want to run in public, run up and down the stairs for 10- 15 minutes. - start lifting weights Once you have eliminated some of the fat from your waist, start doing crunches and abdominal.Exercise hoops also help.
