Exercise Questions | I need help to trim down

im currently 123 pounds and my goal is 115 pounds. and my problem here is that what exercises will fit if i plan to shape my whole body especially the abs?? i have no time to go the gym and my work starts at nyt till morning,, so i have a crazy day,, please i need your suggestion,, im planning to surprise everyone on my bday and i only have 2 months for this,,

Do sit ups whenever you can even its just 50 a day. Obviously be eating healthy with little fat and carbs. Also drink a lot of water, your body will use energy to heat that water up to maintain body temperature, which helps lose weigh in the long run, obviously you will gain a bit if you drink a lot of waterm that gets through your syestem
