Exercise Questions | I need a workout

I'm a 15 year old girl, 5'4, 140 pounds. I would like to find a work out where I can lose some weight and fat, and get in better shape. Something that's maybe 2-4 days a week. I have bad breathing at the moment, so I've been doing random workouts to try and improve it. Any ideas on a good workout for me? :)
