2/4/2009 10:49:01 AM | Well what you can do is add a little it of cardio to your daily routine and you will start to lean down. Say like 15 minutes to start and then slowly add minutes to it till you start to get where you want to be.
Situps do work but you have to do more than that to tone your body. If you were to look under the programs section there are wedding workouts that you can use. They are pretty effetive and you will see results. If you have any more questions. Just ask and we will get back to you on them. Hope that helps.
