Weight & Fat Loss | How to lose weight

I am an 18 year old going through college as a police officer. I have a certain fitness level I must maintain. We have certain levels of fitness we must be at to succeed. I am fine as far as cardio goes, but when it comes to being able to do chin ups, well I can't. I am 225 lbs but i don't have a huge gut. I have a larger build. I need to be able to do chin ups. I understand that part of what I must do is to get stronger, but I feel like I need to lose weight, but I don't know how. If anyone has suggestions on how to do so, with tips of eating, exercising etc. I would really appreciate it. I have full access to a gym so any workouts or anything is much appreciated. Thanks

While you're working out next time you are going
to do a pull up just slowly exhale as you pull up
and try to harness your core strength and push it
outwards to help finish the pull-up...if that makes
sense. Also, I saw a blog post that focuses
specifically on weight loss:

Hey, I had to cope with a similar problem
sometime back. Gym trainers didn't help much
and they told me stuff I already knew. I came by
this application 4 weeks back and it's pretty
helpful. Check it out

Cardio exercises are good for weight
lose. Drink maximum water to burn all
extra calories and eat simple food like
fruits and vegetables. It is good to
reduce the quantity of food for weight
lose.

Exercise is the only one method that is
really effective and useful. Exercise
makes us easy to reduce lot of calories.
It is good to do cardio exercises for at
least 30 minutes daily.

Some time the work out plan you follow
does not meet your body requirement. The
second part is to focus on your diet
that
what kind of food you take. Junk foods
and
high colestrol foods and even milk cream
resist your effort of weight loss.

Hopefully this will solve the problem.

Try eating more protein and more vegetables don't eat simple carbohydrates, like potato chips and donuts, etc. Drink at least half is weight in ounces of water and more is better. Exercise more often, if all that person can do is walk and can not run, walking is a very good exercise, at least to get started. Once he begins losing weight and gains his mobility he can start walking more briskly and work up to a jog.

Hope this will help you!!

Hi everyone! I was looking through the forum and found some nice advice given by the participants. Maybe someone will advise me as well.
So I'm trying to lose weight, but tired of diets and limiting myself in food all the time! I was recommended to buy some natural herbal weight loss pills, which are all natural and made of herbs. Do you think they will work for me? If yes, for how long should i take them? Has anyone of you every taken such supplements? Please advise!!! Thanks a lot!!!

Its very simple to lose weight but your mind is ready to do that. so that you get up early in the morning and do the yoga at least half an hour daily.

To lose weight you need to do AEROBIC (cardio) exercises on nearly a daily basis. This will initiate oxidative phosphorylation (fat burn) within the cells. Get your heart rate around 100-140 bpm for 1-2 hrs. Walking/anaerobic doesn’t do much weight wise.
You also need to reduce intake of sugars, bad carbs and saturated fats. Drink water. Eat healthy. Eating way too little can cause weight retention. You CANNOT lose weight in one specific part of your body, but rather evenly across the body. Counting calories? Just keep ‘em moderate and do the aforementioned.

It is recommended that all adults should aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity at least five days a week. However, if you are overweight or obese, and their goal is to lose weight, if possible, you should try to make about 60-90 minutes at least five days a week.

Moderate physical activity includes: brisk walking, jogging, dancing, swimming, badminton, tennis, etc. In addition, you can try to do more in your daily routine. For example, using stairs instead of elevators, walking or biking to work or school, etc. Do not sit too long in front of the television screen or computer. Take regular breaks during work. The good news is that you do not need to do physical activity in one piece. You can divide it into blocks of 10-15 minutes.

When it comes to how to losing weight and getting tight abdominals many people are not bothered about seeking a natural way to lose belly fat. Most will do anything to remove unsightly fat, from surgery to slimming pills.and its very harmful to their health so i prefered workout to do the thing.and i also suggest you to be stay away from this.
