But you must eat rich foods in order to grow metabolism. This is time-consuming and will take some more times to gain metabolism. If you do hurry and eat lots of rich foods at one time you'll not be able as you expected. So my recommendation is to take your time and be patient. If you are not sure about the rich foods this article may help you.
