Nutrition | How to create an effective meal plan

I'm seeking advice on meal planning. I have developed good exercise routines and I know the types of food I'm suppose to eat - and stay away from. I am lost, however, when it comes to counting calories and including the right amount of carbs, fats, and proteins at each meal.

Can anyone help me get to the next level?

I teach health & nutrition classes in Calgary & I have some specific handouts I can forward to you if you like. They give details about calorie, fat, protein in foods. As well as specific meal plans for people on calorie controled diets. Please E-mail me & I'd love to help.

hello...i will let you know my diet plan.
for Breakfast i have 3-4 egg whites and 1 glass of milk.For lunch i have a chicken sandwich with and a coffee.dinner contains fruit salad or some vegetable with brown bread.
