You can change yahoo account password either from PC or from your phone. Follow the instructions below to reset your Yahoo password on your Android phone:

1. Select the Menu option.
2. Tap Manage Accounts if you're using the Yahoo Mail app.
3. Account information may be accessed by tapping on it.
4. Toggle through the security options.
5. Enter the security code you were given.
6. Tap Password should be changed.
7. I'd prefer to update my password.
8. Tap Continue after entering the new password and confirming it.
