Body Building | How do i get tight forearms?!

How do you develop tight forearms...I already have big forearms there just not like rock soild like i have seen in other people....

Tight forearms are forearms that have very little bodyfat and show great vascularity (veins). You can attain these by reducing body fat(see weight loss guide in 'other areas'). You say that you already have big forearms; so muscle isn't the problem. You can also try dandelion root to get rid of some water weight. Great vascularity also comes from strong blood flow. Make sure to try High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
