Weight & Fat Loss | How can i lose my belly fat?


Hello.

I'm 16 years old, male. I'm 5'9" or 5'10", and I weigh about 175 pounds.

I've been "Chunky" for the most part of my life, pretty much born this way. My parents are pretty large but we all have been eating healthier lately. My belly doesn't sag down at all, almost as if I'm pregnant. It sticks out about 2-4 inches past my belt line, I can post pictures if you need me to, to get an idea.

I can suck it in enough to make me look skinny, but it's starting to become a pain, and it starts to hurt after a while when it's windy out. I also have love handles that I want to lose as well.

My mom says situps will work, but I've been reading and apparently they don't, so that's why I'm here.

I'm not asking for a 6 pack abs, I'm asking for a flat stomach and no Love Handles. It's to the point where I want to cry because I hate it so much. I wanted to try some of those "fat burners" but my parents shot that down. So I'm left to lots of exercise and healthy eating. SO, I need to know what exercises will work to help me lose belly fat!

I have a punching bag at home. Also have an Elliptical. I'm going out to by some 15-20 pound dumbbells as well. So, what would you do/have done to lose the belly fat?

You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat
foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but
yet our society is getting more overweight as each
year passes. This fact alone should tell you that
eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to
losing weight.

Belly fat is one of the toughest part to target.I will recommend Abs and Core Workout.Equipment Needed: An EXERCISE BALL and a MAT..
How To
1.Begin with a 5- to- 10-minute warm-up of light cardio (walking in place, etc.). 2.Perform 2 sets of 16 reps of each exercise with 20 to 30 seconds of rest between sets unless otherwise noted.
3.Perform this workout 2 to 3 times a week with at least one day of rest between workouts
4.For best weight loss results, combine this workout with regular cardio, strength training and a healthy, low-calorie diet.

hey,

best way to lose belly fat?

Take a google at high intensity
workouts, or just view a crossfit
workout on youtube.

there short and get the job done,
releasing many hormones which help
stimulate fat burning for hours after
your workout!

include full body exercises in your
workout and get a good sweat on.

Belly fat is mostly lost in the kitchen
and while you sleep.

You want to eat a diet that contain more
protein and fat then carbs.

but i am not talking about fats like you
think about when you see those golden
arches. Im talking about saturated fats
like nuts and seeds, avocados, and
meats.

you need fat to burn fat, If you fuel
your body with carbs your body will burn
those carbs but will also store all the
fat ingested, fuel your body with fat
and you will burn fat.

Dont go eat everything in your cupboard
that has fat in it now. Be strict and
eat healthy.

The best exercise for losing belly fat is doing yoga and drink warm water after taking food and also drink warm water with honey and few drop of lemon juice in empty stomach.It definitely reduce your belly fat and also eat low fat diet.
