General Health | Help please


Hi, im Andy and new to this site. I'm trying to tone and lose about 10 lbs of fat. I recently started a new routine, and would like some input.
Crunches(12-15)
Bent Leg Knee Raise (12-15)
Squats (10-12)
Bench Press(10)
Upright Row(10)
Leg Extension(10-12)
Biceps Curl (10)
Leg Curl (10)
*Repeated 3xs w/ 30 mins of cardio 3xs per week*

Is this in a circuit?

Please do them in this order:

Squats (10-12)
Bench Press(10)
Shoulder Press (10-12)
Upright Row(10)
Leg Curl (10)
Leg Extension(10-12)
Biceps Curl (10)
Tricep Extensions (12-15)
Crunches(12-15)
Back Extensions (12--15)

Also try HIIT (High intensity interval training)
