Squats (10-12) Bench Press(10) Shoulder Press (10-12) Upright Row(10) Leg Curl (10) Leg Extension(10-12) Biceps Curl (10) Tricep Extensions (12-15) Crunches(12-15) Back Extensions (12--15)
Also try HIIT (High intensity interval training)
