Weight & Fat Loss | Help :(

I've been working out regularly for 2years but have not been able to reach my goal weight.. for months my weight had stopped dropping and was tired all the time( had strict diet and pretty intense workout)
Also i did both weight training and cardio yet couldnt shed the jiggles! :@

Lately i changed everything. I eat anything and everything in moderation and have cut back on workout routines. Its giving me a better and quicker results but again still at a slow rate and my bones have been hurting :S ..believe it or not. TOday I went to GNC to get some multivitamins and calcium supplements(i havent been taking any added nutrients..) and he suggested i should take protein drinks since I dont really eat meat and drink soy milk once in awhile. Should I be drinking this before or after workout? I heard you need to consume protein right after u workout.. On the other hand , drink protein drinks twice a day, between meals as a "snack"..

You are seeing the critical of problem for person who are losing weight.

The problem is you must drink protien milk or protein drinks ,In my mind ,you can choose both way.If you drink after the workout, when you drink these drinks ,Your body are tiring and want many minerals so your body can absorb these minerals and don't make you fat.

But if you drink before work out,you can workout after that and consume your energy,(but you have to wait for about 2 hours for your body can absorb the minerals)

But if you are worried about this problem, I suggest you to drink "Low fat milk" it won't make you fat.

Thank you,
