i need posative day to day talking with someone? im ok going to the gym and eating healthy i jsut loose it because i need support. if snyone fancies chating to encourage one another? x

Ha funny, I just posted the same kind of message on my board.

I have to say, though, dieting isn't the way to go. Your body feels deprived the moment your brain knows it's on a diet. It's like a rebellion...

I'd be more than happy to chat. I think we both need some inspiration. :)

well it could have something to do with what you are eating daily , i would suggest you eat about 5-6 small meals throughout the day that have something from each food group and drink lots of water.

about an hour. i do running cross trainner , row machine . bike and like this step thing.


im going to end up slacking on my diet today i can feel it my friend left her sweets and pepsi here and crisps in my room next to me am so tempted really trying not too though. its hard.



its grose to think how much i love to eat.



all iv had today is cucember and 1 and a half cans of mushy peas am on a all green diet its really hard!



im so tempted to eat these sweets though its dreadful

How long you do cardio each time? Do you do any high intensity interval training?

heyy ..not really just do weight lifting & cardio . i used to swim but i feel so ugly i cant wear a costume infront of people :(

Well you say that you are not liking of what you are seeing. Just keep a good attitude about it and keep going at it nd you'll see things change.

Another thing is that maybe you are bein too hard on yourself. I mean like right now I am in very good shape and still think badly sometimes. Its hard sometimes.

The gym is a good way to be social and to work out....taking away alot of stress. People there are always nice and like to help each other for the most part.

Do you do any sports?

I just got hip surgery and have to give up running nationaly for a year or two..

well i was doing really well over last summer i was ther for about ten months i went so slim then after a family bbq all my eating habbits went bad again so iv started again ready for college . i just hate it when i go shopping and look at my self i cant seem to be happy in anything so i usually wear tracksuits everywhere. i love the gym its great everyone there is cool the vibes are ace!
