Exercise Questions | Groin reduction


Hi,

I would like to reduce the flesh in groin area. I have started jogging. Please let me know if we have any specific excercise to do.

Sumo Squats and side lunges help tone up the groin muscles.

You Should Do some high Knees it will burn the fat also works the inner thigh

Major way for you to lose that flesh that you are looking to lose is that of just by toning and getting the body lean!
