Exercise Questions | Golfing exercises


What are some good exercises I can do to get ready for the upcoming golfing season!? I need to break 80 this year. I know I can do it will a little fitness training.

The guest reply is good advice but I would also add some balance training and stretching. Rotation exercises with weight can increase your rotation on your swing.
