I had an extended break and now am having a hard time getting started again.
The plan is to run and circuit train and strengthen my core.

HIIT and Compound exercises 4 times weekly!

I do a resistance ball workout (dvd)for my core every other day and a Kathy Smith cross-trainer workout on the other days.
