Weight & Fat Loss | Fitness and nutrition

Hi!

i have get a question regarding my auntie Janeth and cousin Bob. Both are intereste in fitness and health life.

1. Auntie Janeth is 45yrs, Height 65inches, weight 165lbs and body fat 40%. Jane is a homemaker and has been living a sedentary lifestyle. Auntie Janeth has also a poor nutritional habits that have developed over the last decade. Her main objective is to lose weight and tone up. She has no illnesses, but does complain of low energy levels. She has no prior experience with resistance training. I am not sure how to help her.

2. Cousin Bob enjoys running and tries to practice healthy eating habits, but has never done any formal weight training. Bob presents conflicting goals: he wishes to improve his time in the 10K and simultaneously gain some muscle mass. Bob is healthy and has no other health concerns except a slight case of asthma.

Therefore would you mind tell me what sort of fitness test or methods of evaluation used to assess them. Rationale fo ryour recommendations regarding specific condition presented by Jane and Bill. If possible a 12 week periodize training program including specific sets, repetitions, exercises and target heart rate suing an Integrated approach. If possible would you show chart illustraiting training programs. What would be a nutritional strategies and supplement recommendations with a rationale for your choice.

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

Thank you

Exellent questions! However, even though we try to answer all questions posted in our forums, these questions appear to be too structured to not be an assignment question. Therefore, it would not be morally right to answer these questions and thus, do someone else's homework.

If this is homework, please feel free to write to us via support@myfit.ca and we will more than happy to look over any work that you have done and help you with that. We can act as aides but we will not do the work for you.
