Exercise Questions | Execise suggestion for me.

Hi guys I'm new to this forum but I read alot of what most people say here and I can say there's alot of fresh new ideas for me to do. I need help on losing more weight. I am currently enrolled in Bally Total Fitness and do cardio 3-5 times a week for 1 hour. I do 30 minute stair master at level 4 and then 30 minute treadmill at 14.0 incline/ 4.0 speed. I eat healthy choice meal packs at least 3-4 days out of the week. I usually have Oatmeal and sometimes boiled eggs for breakfast and I eat 1 healthy choice meal pack for lunch at work ( 12:00pm) and 1 when I get back from gym (5-6pm). I have been feeling a bit more flexible but I want faster results. I believe I have lost close to 5lbs in a matter of weeks. Also I would like to lose my gut and my bulky chest. I am 5'9 215 and I'd like to be around 170 perhaps? I was reading into doing calisthenics and cardio thinking that can increase my chances of losing weight faster? I want to be able to accomplish such feat in 4-5 months or at least see drastic results in such a manner of time. I am also wondering if by maybe cheating on a saturday ( like eating ribs/pork/bbq) etc is a bad thing? Please I need some mad help and I am willing to do whatever it takes. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!!

I lost weight by walking, I walked 45 minutes everyday. I was also eating healthy without cheating. I was eating a lots of fruits and vegetables and drinking lots of water.and the weight came off. i have heard that, its not healthy to loose weight too fast. just be careful
