General Health | Everest


I am training for a climb to Everest base camp in April, but also trying to lose around a stone.
I have osteo arthritis so cannot do any or much form of impact excercise ie running. Can anyone help me with any products to improve my performance and energy levels that will not make me gain weight?
Also any good ideas on exercise as i am currently doing mainly arc trainer and walking on incline around 1 half to 2 hours per day 7 days a week.
