General Health | Eating specificially for my hobby..

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum, but it looks pretty sweet so I'm sure youll be seeing me around.

Anyways, I train in Mixed Martial Arts, and if any of you guys do also, then you know its very rigerous and hard on your body, especially when your trianing hard every day like I am.

Every day my body feels tired and weak and its hard for me to get moving. I already know I have one of THE worst eating habbits.

Everyone tells me to " eat healthy " but I dont exaclly know what that means, as everything seems to be bad for you.

Anyways, I want to start really focusing on eating healthier, so what would you experts recommend ?

Breakfast - ?
Lunch -?
Dinner - ?
After training ?

Fill me in, thanks everyone.

i guess if you do martial arts you burn a
lot of calories. i guess all you have to
do is stay away from the fried stuff and
sodas. just avoid the useless sugar and
you're good to go.
