General Health | Eating


When I eat a meal i only eat less than a half of the meal before i cant eat anymore. I know im supposed to eat more so i try to force my self to eat, but i usally feel like throwing up after a few bites. Does anyone know whats going on with my body? *Note I'am a 15 yr old male.

In a way that is a great thing! Your body is telling you that you can't eat anymore during that session but I bet you feel very hungry 2 hours later!? Having a small stomach usually means that you have a better chance of staying lean. Keep in mind that everytime you eat you raise your metabolism. So, have the massive dinner (or as much as you can eat) and save the rest for 2 hours later. PT
