if so, what is best thing to do to loose weight around the abdominal area (stomach area) since i have worked my abs and are noticible, but too much fat is covering them up.

12/4/2003 9:53:30 AM | In my opinion i dont think there is a way to get big but lose fat. I would say bulk up then start doing cardio. But if you want to lose the fat do a fair bit of cardio and cut down on carbs and fatty foods and no fast food.

12/2/2003 11:18:32 AM | There is no perfect diet, you have to experiment to find out what works for you. I suggest educate yourself by reading articles and books on proper nutrition/weightlifting. Generally for building mass you want to keep your repetitions low and weight high. But if you are a beginner exerciser than definitely consult someone with experience. i.e. A Personal trainer. Learning proper technique is most important if you are just starting out.
