Nutrition | Diabetes

Hello everyone! I'm new to the site and have a few questions.

I have Type II diabetes, and would like to know the best before and after workout nutrition that would not raise my blood sugar.

It seems that everything I take causes it to rise significantly.

Look for good protien shakes. also known as meal replacement shakes. Low in sugar & high in protien. This will fill you up & stop you caving sweet foods. Also look for Chromium suppliments. Chromium is a compound which helps regulate blood sugar levels. Great for Diabetics.
