Weight & Fat Loss | Dangerous mhr?

Hi, Iīm 27 with a 193 MHR. I have recently started jogging and
I use a heart rate monitor. My pulse while resting is
approximately 60-65. When I run my pulse races up to 200 veeeery
easily while jogging very slow and when I stop it goes down 100
within 90 seconds. When I e.g. stand up and walk across a room
my pulse races up to 90 and then lowers to around 75. My blood pressure
was recently checked and it was 150/110.

I am told that my 'own heart rate zone' is 125-165 but I am having great
difficulty in keeping my pulse below 165 while jogging. I constantly
have to shift to walking in order to keep it down.

Is this normal and therefore OK? How should I address this matter?

Best regards,
joker

Dear Joker,

Generally, hypertension is considered to be 145/95 (and above), so with that
definition you should go see your doctor immediately for advice on activity (advise him/her on your blood pressure)

I cannot devulge any other advice considering the above. However, if you were not hypertensive I would think that everything was O.K.

Thanks for your question,
