4/10/2008 7:58:23 PM | Ya riding your bike is an excelent alternative to jogging. I would bike for about an hour every other day with interval work.
It may take up to three weeks to actually see any results.
Just remember just because you may not see results where you want to see them doesn't mean that they aren't coming.
Another way to make it to where your pecs are more defined do push-ups,bench press, and things like dumbbell flies.

4/9/2008 11:42:26 AM | What would help you is a light resistance training routine and Doing High Intensity Interval training with a mix of jogging.
This will help you make you look and feel better along with a meal plan that you are able to follow!
