There are two different ways to customize your Wi-Fi password. The first method is done directly by replacing the CenturyLink application with Change CenturyLink WiFi Password. You can download it from Google or Apple Store. The second method is through the modem settings, which you can access from any device connected to the Internet.
What if you can't find the CenturyLink Change Wi-Fi Password tab in the app?
1. If you do not find this option in your application, there are a few things you can try.
2. Update your app to the latest version available in the App Store.
3. Make sure your modem is working properly. Check indicator lights.
4. The CenturyLink app has a troubleshooting solution. Click on the link "Try my service" Click on the app, this will act as a diagnostic to detect any network problems.
5. Unplug the modem. Wait a few minutes, then turn it on again. You can also download it through the program.
