Nutrition | Cereals

I have been looking around at different wheat cereals recently. I found one that looks really quick and easy that I would like to try. The very first ingredient is Wheat Farina. What is that exactly? Is it very healthy, because I found the cereal in the organic section of the supermarket.

Oh, thank you for posting that. I found the nutrient summary for Quaker's Wheat Farina:

Well, I looked Wheat Farina up and it is part of a grain of wheat. The site said it was suppose to be good for you with lots of fiber and vitamins.

Go Lean Crunch and Vector (It is getting to be a treat cereal though with too much sugar......) are probably the best two of choice. I'm not sure what Wheat Farina is, could someone shed some light on this?
