7/24/2011 2:31:57 PM | This routine has served me well for over the last 5 years and can be done in a single or multiple sets. Also can be done in any order. Leg lifts, Deep knee bends, lunges, reverse sit ups, pull ups, push ups and dips. Sometimes I'll add other exercises to break up the routine. If i do one set of each, I try and max out. 2 or more sets allows you to do less reps per exercise per set but adds up once you start doing 3 or more sets.

Calisthenics are great!
there are so many programs you can do, you just have to use your imagination.
take 5 exercises - air squat, lunge, push up, pull up, plank(or any form of core work) and a burpee, ok 6 exercises.
and make a small circuit do 30 seconds on 30 off each exercise for as many reps as you can for all exercises and repeat 3 times.
once these get easy look into making some cheap home gym equipment. check out rosstraining.com. and google "sloshpipe" for 25 bucks you can get a hell of a workout.
