It is NOT recommended for teens under the age of 18 years old to take creatine (even though it is naturally found in the body). In short, your body is STILL developing. You should do NOTHING to interfere with that process.

2. if you take it take kre-akalyn which just builds muscle mass, i take cellucor m5 extreme and gained 30lbs of muscle in one cycle.

Trust me, I've been taking it for a while now and have had no problems in any of the areas you're describing. I've cycled off of it and lost no muscle at all. As long as you keep up a steady work out you'll be fine. I would like to help you with your workout though.
Here's something to consider:
Sunday: Biceps/Triceps Monday: Shoulders/Neck Tuesday: Back/Abs Wednesday: Legs Thursday: Swimming Friday: Chest Saturday: Interval Training
You can also take a couple days off a week if you need to. I work out 7 days a week though. Make sure that you do cardio each day to help your muscles warm up. Don't over exert yourself. Eat plenty of protein and if you wanna try creatine go ahead. Be careful though because at your age supplements are always something to be wary about. They could damage the growth process.

Are you paraplegic or is this a joke?
Squats? Deadlifts?

I just put the creatine on the back of my tongue and wash it down, but you gotta be a champ to do that. It tastes terrible.

Thus, in my opinion, you won't be able to hit the bicep/tricep exercises hard enough. Why dont you try chest/bis, next day legs, next day rest, next day shoulders/abs, next day back/tri, and next 2 days rest.

Also, I wanted to comment on your routine, it seem that you work out some muscles every single day...ummm..when you work out chest (prolly bench press) you also workout your delts(shoulders) and triceps. When you do back you work your biceps also. Thus, youre working out bis and tris every single day. Not good...Try to remake your routine having at least 24 hours rest for each muscle, and post it here.

Part of the benefits of creatine is the ability to have more creatine phosphate as an energy source. If you take caffeine (a diuretic) it will help facilitate the loss from what you are trying to do. However, I dont think it is enough to make a big difference. PT

That is the idea with celltech and other sugar/creatine mixtures.
