Workout Talk | C.l.a. is there any side effects? does anyone know?

I was told recently that C.L.A is not good for a person who is trying to lose weight as there is some side effects like: Inflammation, could make you feel worse instead of better, increase chance of diabetes.

Anyone hear anything of the sort?
I went to a health food store and they recommended me for a "lose weight" method to take CLA and a supplement of "Fat Burner" anyone tried this?

What were your results or any input if CLA is good or bad for someone trying to lose weight.

Hi,

Not sure if you've had your ALT AST levels tested since this post but you may want to check your liver. I would suggest avoiding CLA altogether!
