Weight & Fat Loss | Bit of a challenge

Im currently at 190lbs, 5"10 and although im not too worried about it. Im tired of having a bit of a gut.

Its easy to hide by just putting on a shirt, however, im tired of not quite being happy with it.

I work a lot, and in my spare time i end up tutoring people at the college.

So needless to say i dont have much free time, and no equipment at home.

I know I dont eat properly, and givin my activity at work i feel thats the MAIN part of the problem. ( lots of frozen just microwave foods, and pasta etc)

Can anyone suggest a good diet to try, (examples)and perhaps a simple workout that can be done at home?

Tired of hiding it and feeling self concious as i get out of the hottub.. =P

cheers.

If you feel that way, I can not change. The same time, it was not my intension to offend you.
As of BiosuperFood, you are right that I am biased. This product is the best I found so far on the market and it keeps amazing me for what it does to a people around me and to the people I am hearing about. As of bias, we all biased to something, like believes, products, ways of life and etc. So, what is different for me to be biased to something, which I have seen really working?
You are also right about promotion, I am promoting this product and as you correctly noticed about my name, I am not hiding my intentions (or would you feel safer if someone promoted their products while hiding their association with it?). I do not believe that it is right and fare for the supplement which was successfully used during the Chernobyl for treating leukemia, diabetes, number of the other very serious and in some cases terminal illnesses (not to mention basic thinks, like body cleansing energy, weight loss, body building and etc.) to go unknown as it is right now. When the same time, tons of other products, which is worthless and in some cases harmful, are heavily promoted in the media.

Well, no, i meant ill try whats in the ebook... This is only my opinion, but to be honest...

Promoting "biosuperfood" while having that as your sign in name, seems like a bit of a biased hoax in which you benifit in some way. And the name bioSuperfood.. just kinda seems like a scam in itself. Kinda like "healthy coffee" that i saw someone mentioning before on here.

again this is only my opinion and i may or may not be right. Just seems suspicious.

I have same question very often from the parents with autistic kids, who are very picky when it come to food. You will not believe if I will tell you when one boy have been eating only the egg white for months. I suggest a BioSuperFood or Micro-algae concentrate - the most balanced food supplement. It has over 5,000 known ingredients. So, whatever you are not receiving from your everyday diet will be compensated. You can find it on the various web sites. Just google it.
