Exercise Questions | Any good strength training guides for beginners?

I have been exercising for a while, but I have only been doing cardio and never really bothered with strength training. I was interested in starting it though to get in a bit better shape. Does anyone know of any guides that say what sorts of exercises to do, how long to do them, etc to get started? When I started running I used the guide at and it was EXTREMELY helpful since it let me know exactly what I needed to do each time I worked out. If there are any similar guides that would be really helpful. Also I would prefer exercises that dont use weights (like push-ups/situps) since I dont have easy access to weights currently. Thanks alot in advance for the help!
