Weight & Fat Loss | Abs question


I weigh 170 lbs. and i'm 6'. My body fat percentage is 16%. I kinda have a six pack when I flex. I'm wondering if I burn about 450 calories and 150 fat calories each time I run and if I run every other day and I eat healthy every day how long do you think it'll take before i'll be able to see a six pack without flexing?

The idea is to build your stomach muscles as well as doing cardio and getting your body fat percentage down. Try at least 2-3 of these 3 times per week with 1 day of rest in between.
