Like Train Monday-Saturday and Rest on Sunday
But you can train the abs daily

3/29/2008 2:54:21 PM | You need to treat your abs just like every other muscle group. It requires rest for recovery. That being said you also need to train to fatigue and only get 6-8 (hypertrophy), 12-15 (muscular definition).
You will start to see your abs when you decrease your overall bodyfat. Try to increase your cardio sessions and also increase the overall amount of compound exercises. Those tweaks alone should help make your abs appear.

3/26/2008 8:13:04 PM | Well you could try doin it on the exercise ball. Its said to be that you are getting more out of abdominal workouts that way rather than doin it on the ground where you have less range of motion..I would look up a little more on that though...
