Exercise Questions | Alternative exercise

I have costochondritis. I get chest pain a lot. Is there any exercise I can do without putting much stress on my chest area and still lose a great amount of calories?

Yes some of the things that you could do is walk a few miles, you can use the the excercise bands for working out and with a good eating routine it should give you a start and as your chest gets a little stronger you may add a little more pressure to the chest because it should have enough muscle to do so.
