Nutrition | A plee for help from a complete newbie :)


Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me plan my nutrition.
I'm 16 and have been doing weights for 3 months and have put on about 7 pounds (i had a break in the middle due to illness) I'm 6'1" and 154 lb so body fat isn't a problem. I want to gain at least another stone but have never really bothered with my diet. Could anyone point me towards any article or point me in the right direction personaly concerning this?

You should find out how many calories to ingest by filling out this form, and then start a hypertrophy workout like in the programs section above.
