Body Building | A few questions i was wondering about


im 16, 6'2 about 170lbs (but im still realy slim) neway! i no u are suppost to have smaller meals and lots of them but if there a gd time to eat protein eg straight after workout? before? especially if i cannot fit in the 6meals.
I am looking at using some weight gain supplements and protein bars. but i dnt no if ne1 else had this, but how much exercise will i need to do before i start just gettin fat?

Just try to keep a steady intake of protein, more the better. This will maximize muscle growth and minimize recovery time. Also, eat a descent amount of "good" carbs, such as whole grain, veggies, and fruit.
Exercise when your muscles have fully recovered from last workout. When you stop feeling sore in the morning (from training the night/day before) it means you need to lift more weight and/or mix up your exercises - try a few new ones.

in my opinion most protein bar suck, you should get protein shakes. they taste like shit but have a fuck load of carbs and protein.
